In essence, the Let Them Theory is about acceptance. This article does a great job explaining some of the more straightforward ways that we can all practice acceptance, as well as highlighting the complexities and nuances that come into play when acceptance is not as straightforward as we would like it to be. https://www.innermelbpsychology.com.au/let-them-theory/#:~:text=At%20its%20core%2C%20the%20Let,shift%20can%20bring%20incredible%20relief.
