Standard appointments are 50 minutes*. Appointments are available on Mondays (telehealth only) and in person or telehealth on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The practice is closed on Tuesdays.

* Couples sessions are usually 50 - 110 minutes

You need a referral from a GP to claim the Medicare rebate. Your GP will assess your eligibility for this.

​You do not need a referral if you are covering the cost of sessions in full. 

Standard individual sessions cost $215* and are payable in full at the end of each session. Please contact us for couples and supervision fees. 

​*Significantly lower than the recommended APS rate.   

Medicare rebates are available for up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a valid GP referral. The Medicare rebate is currently $96.65 per session and is automatically processed at the time payment is made for your session.

At least 24 hours' notice is required if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a late cancellation fee* if we are unable to fill that time slot.

Private health rebates vary according to your insurer and level of cover. Please check with your insurer.
